Q1.  Who is Prima Connection?
Answer:

Prima Connection has been established in the Promotional Products Industry for over 20 years. We work with Corporate Clients to help promote their brand and corporate identity with the use of Promotional Products, Corporate Clothing, Display Banners and Systems or by Product Sourcing and Manufacture something that is unique for your company. Q2.  How do I work with Prima Connection?
Answer:

If you feel you have an idea of the style of campaign you would like to run, please feel free to browse our web catalogue. If not, please contact us via email or phone with a brief and we can work on some creative ideas for you.

Let us know about your logo, the end user you are marketing to and your budget. Please remember our brief based work is purely confidential and the IP remains with Prima Connection.

Q3.  How do I order?
Answer:

Once you have accepted the quotes for the items we have discussed your Account Manager will pass your order onto our Production Department. Production will issue you a Confirmation of Order, a contract for you to sign that states the product you are ordering, quantity, decoration and all general information.

The Confirmation of Order will need to be signed by you before the order commences.  Once this is signed our Graphics Department will work on your Artwork Approvals before we go into final Production. If you would like visuals before signing the Confirmation or Order these can be purchased at $50 + gst per visual.

You will receive a copy of our Terms and Conditions with your quote to answer any further questions you have.

Q4.  What artwork will I need?
Answer:

We always prefer to work with print ready EPS files in Vector format with fonts converted to curves. If you don’t think you have access to this file, let us know what you have. Sometimes for a small charge we can re-draw the file you do have into an EPS file.

Q5.  What is a normal Production Timeline?
Answer:

This will all depend on the promotional product you are ordering. Our standard lead time for locally produced products is 10 working days from art approval.

If your item is custom made lead times may vary, please contact us and we will let you know.

Also for clients on our partnership agreement we are able to offer faster delivery times.
